The training has 5 face-to-face training days with at least 40 hours, 2 hours supervision and 8 hours of supervised coaching practice. Coaching methodology accompanied by playful resources is a powerful tool that can be used as a strategic source for the process of reflection and self-knowledge. It also functions as a systemic analysis strategy for interpersonal development and interaction with environment. For greater effectiveness, we have designed a Specialization in Coaching with application of Play Strategies considering the fundamentals of Cognitive Psychology in relation to the effectiveness of ludic learning.
The training qualifies you in working with limiting beliefs. It has 5 face-to-face training days with at least 40 hours, 3 hours supervision and 8 hours of supervised coaching practice. It is a professional training program for certified coaches, but because of the characteristics of training, methodological strategies and technical information can be used by psychologists, therapists, NLP professionals, educators, etc. The formation is conceptually and methodologically based on Wolfgang Hoffmann's book "Limiting Beliefs" model ITCL.
Our certificate course supports the learning facilitators in successfully mastering these challenges together with their trainees. They learn practical methods to communicate constructively with their trainees even in the case of conflicts, to avoid misunderstandings and to create a positive learning atmosphere.
On level 2, participants will specialize on matters and issues directed linked with the young public. They’ll integrate advanced skills and coaching expertise on supporting Youngs in scholarly situations, earning strategies and emotional intelligence.
This training aims to certify "Skills for Youth Coaching, ICI". They provide comprehensive support to young individuals aged 15 to 25. They will be equipped to address a wide range of challenges and issues, navigate the unique environments young people face, and guide them through critical life transitions with expertise and empathy.
Building upon Young Practitioner of Self-Leadership Basic, this program uses more complex coaching and NLP techniques, processes, and contents enabling participants to deepen their work on self-development and take their knowledge, skills, and abilities to an advanced level. Program Young Practitioner of Self-Leadership Advance encompasses unique thematic workshops that enable young people to address themes and questions that are actual and relevant to them, through specially designed individual and group activities.
The training integrates coaching and NLP techniques, principles, and contents with the author’s twenty years of experience in working with young people. The third level of the psychosomatics program is designed for coaches who want to work with clients on their issues and problems related to psychosomatics. A prerequisite for participation is the completion of the accredited "NLP Practitioner, IN" (130 hrs.) and "Coach, ICI" (90 hrs.).

In addition, you are trained to convey the mental training material to individuals and teams. ICI Neuro-Coaching Skills Training comprises 8 days in 4 modules. Certifications requirements: facilitate 20 hours of neuro training in team- and individual context, produce and present an innovative mental neuro program (soundfile), write a paper reflecting on the use of Neuro-Coaching Skills Training techniques in the coaching praxis.
The ICI Stress-Coaching Skills Training teaches you to coach stress-suffering clients with a good and long lasting effect. It requires special coaching skills, coupled with mental training, as the "usual toolbox" often proves inadequate or at worst harmful. ICI Stress-Coaching Skills Training comprises 6 days in 3 modules. Certification requirements: facilitate 10 hours of coaching using the new models, live-coaching presenting the stress-models presented during the training, to read 10 articles and present reviews to be discussed in the team, and furthermore present a personal project regarding own experience and reflections in perspective of the literature.
The ICI Team-Coaching Skills Training relies on evidence-based theory and solid team coaching experience, ensuring professional skills to coach all types of teams from 2 to ? people. Team-Coaching Skills are highly practical, so you gain in-depth experience and understanding of all aspects of team challenges. ICI Team-Coaching Skills Training comprises 8 days in 4 modules.
