Competencies of my field:

Since I have been in important organizations of the country as a programmer and Linux System Administrator in the field of IT or in charge of operational servers, so I am well acquainted with the problems of these organizations.

I have participated in several meetings over the years and have closely observed the problems of meetings and the problems that working teams have with each other. I have also seen closely the problems that people have with their supervisor or manager, so I can work well in this area.

On the other hand, since I was interested in my personal growth and development, I have participated in courses and classes for this purpose, such as lectures or selection theory courses.

My personal opinion about my clients:

In my opinion, my clients are people who are experts in their profession and work, but in finding solutions to some problems, such as teamwork or how to increase the efficiency of themselves or their organization, they do not know how to act and need to be able to train them. Access this important.

I will help you build a positive mindset and true self-esteem by dispelling age-old facts about yourself and self-defeating habits that cause underemployment in all areas of your life, including academic education and professional growth.

I give you practical tools to help you create a clear and engaging vision, strategy, and plan for your education and career advancement. To achieve the desired results, you must first visualize the results and then draw a roadmap to achieve them, including planning for unexpected detours that are part of life's journey anyway. The key to success is not rolling the dice; Career success and life are valuable.

Surely, with everything meaningful in life, one cannot escape hard, honest and yes work for a long time! If you are serious about getting results, you should take the time to work directly with you. In coaching I do not look for excuses. You commit to doing something, then you do it. Anything shorter than that is a waste of time for you and me. Worse, this is a waste of money because coaching is not cheap - precisely because I offer high value and uncompromising value to my customers. So my only expectation is that you will be proud of your promise. I terminate the coaching contract with people who have not been able to do the agreed work within the agreed timeframe and have given a series of excuses. Despite the higher cost offer, I refuse to continue coaching such people because the results are more important to me than money. And no matter how much time we waste, there is time we will never get.
