MY IDENTITY AS A COACH

I'm one of those who dream while awake, and trust in their own reveries,
That good will conquer all, despite the world's forgotten memories.
I'm one of those who bring a smile, restore faith in one's own power,
In one's own knowledge, resources, and a purposeful existence to flower.

Like a butterfly, light and fluttering, I alight on human souls,
To help put together their shattered dreams, lost hopes, and make them whole.
Like a balm to a wound, to heal and to bind,
Like a beacon of light in the darkness, to remind
That all which the soul can't see, can become clear and bright,
Reflecting in the mirror of their inner sight.

So the cries and pleas of the soul no longer heard,
And people live their dreams, each and every word,
And some desires don't remain just unfulfilled thoughts,
And they discover how powerful they are, with all they've got.
They learn to express themselves, appreciate the values they keep,
And learn to say "no" and in their resources, deep.

I believe that I can, I'm able and I know, I have fulfilled my dream,
I believe that people can solve all their problems, with no limit but the sky, it seems.
That failure doesn't exist, and from it, only new things are learned,
That if an individual can take flight, a community can build a world that's turned.
I believe that people create their own experiences, that can change with ease,
That we need not hold fast to maps as territories, where only one path leads.
That I can change the world, by helping people find their wings to fly,
And give them the power to soar up high.

It's important to me that they see me as their equal, and feel ease when we meet,
To open up, trust, and speak from the heart, of the problems that they keep.
To gain their trust, to sense my sincere desire to comprehend,
To understand their needs as if they were my own, and be their friend.
To believe in them, support them, and help them to realize,
That they alone hold the answers, to the challenges they visualize.

As a science master and police major with manners too,
Soon-to-be NLP master, practitioner through and through,
An honest friend, attentive listener, and inquisitor skilled,
With these abilities, my purpose is fulfilled.
To be a great coach, and raise awareness high,
That people have abilities and power to apply.

Into my coaching world, those I truly understand will flow,
Speaking "our" language, in-person or over Zoom, they'll know,
A referral, of course, is the way to get in the door.
They'll leave with a smile, not feeling they made a mistake,
We'll both be content, happy with the time we did take,
And when they see me again, "what an empress she is!" they'll exclaim.

MOJ IDENTITET COACH-a

Deo sam onih koji sanjaju budni i veruju u snove svoje,
da dobro svetom vlada, uprkos što je neko zaboravio ko je.
Deo sam onih koji vraćaju osmeh na lice, veru u sopstveno znanje,
u sopstvene moći, resurse i svrsishodno postojanje.

Kao leptir lepršav i lagan ceo, slećem na ljudske duše deo,
narušene snove, izgubljene nade i život nečiji ceo -
pomažem da sastave deo po deo.
Kao melem na rani, da se zaceli, kao svetlost na kraju tunela, da zabeli,
da sve ono što duše ne vide, postane jasan i osvešćen u ogledalu lik,
i da se iz duše više ne čuje vapaj i krik.
Da ljudi žive svoje snove i ostvaruju ciljeve iz dana u dan,
da neke želje ne ostanu samo neostvareni san,
da spoznaju koliko su moćna bića, da resurse poseduju sve,
da znaju da se izraze, spoznaju vrednosti i nauče da kažu ne.

Verujem da mogu, umem i znam, ispunila sam i sopstveni san.
Verujem da ljudi probleme mogu da reše sve, da samo nebo granica je.
Da neuspeh ne postoji, da se iz njega nešto novo nauči samo,
da ako pojedinac može da se upusti u let, zajednica može da izgradi novi svet.
Verujem da ljudi stvaraju vlastita iskustva, čija struktura je promenjivost samo,
da ne mora slepo da se držimo mape kao teritorije koju jedino znamo,
da mogu da promenim svet, tako što ću ljudima pomoći da nađu “krila za let”.

Važno mi je da me vide kao sebi ravne, pri susretu da osete lakoću samo,
da se otvore, veruju, pričaju iz duše i objasne probleme što ih muče.
Da steknu poverenje, osete iskrenu želju moju, da shvatam, razumem njihovu potrebu kao svoju,
da verujem u njih, pružam podršku i pomažem da osveste samo
da su sami rešenje za ono što im je potrebno i već znano.

Magistar nauka, dugogodišni policijski starešina, major po zvanju, čovek po vaspitanju, NLP master uskoro, praktičar odavno, iskren prijatelj, pažljiv slušalac, pomni posmatrač, propitivač stručan - deo sposobnosti samo, da budem dobar Coach, da osvestim ljude da imaju sposobnosti i moć.

U moj svet Coach-a doći će oni koje istinski razumem - pričaju “naše” jezike,
da se gledamo uživo ili za početak preko zoom-a samo,
bitno je da me preporuči neko naravno.
Da ljudi od mene odu sa smeškom, da ne kažu da su došli greškom,
Da zadovoljni budemo i oni i ja,
i kad me nekad kasnije sretnu, kažu “koja je ona carica”!
