About Paula Trigo
I am passionate about people, organizations, transformation, innovation and creativity.
My drive is continuous learning. I graduated in Law at the age of 22, went through an MBA in International Management, a Master's Degree in Educational Technologies, a PhD in Adult Education and inumerous international certifications in the area of Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming and Hypnosis.
I have been linked to the corporate world in executive management positions in Portugal and abroad for almost 30 years and I have always had a huge passion for people management and for and the motivation of the teams I led.
In 2014 I founded Xpand Pro, a brand that appears in line with the new paradigm of work and human development, where I am the CEO, International Speaker, Executive Coach and Trainer of Neurolinguistic Programming.
More than working with Human Resources, I like to know that I contribute to a society with more HUMANS with RESOURCES.
