We are deeply saddened by the untimely passing of our beloved co-founder and Board Member of IN & ICI, Bernd Isert, on 21st January 2017 in Nigeria. His significant contributions and pioneering spirit have left an indelible mark on the fields of NLP and Coaching across the globe.

Bernd's philosophy, "Solutions can be found everywhere," was not just a motto but a reflection of his approach to life. Renowned for his ingenious solutions, he played a pivotal role in establishing our associations, IN and ICI, in 2001 and organizing the IN and ICI World Congress in Brazil in 2009.

Bernd felt at home in many places at the world and he used this passion for his camps in Brazil and Italy. For years these camps have been places of international encounter, networking, teaching, learning, enthusiasm and belonging. His legacy continues to resonate with countless individuals from different countries, intertwining his memory with the pillars of NLP, coaching, and constellations.

Bernd, your profound impact continues to inspire us. Though your departure was premature, your legacy is eternal. We are forever grateful for your wisdom and remain dedicated to perpetuating your work.
