Coach, ICI training is extremely valuable and beneficial for personal growth and professional development. What I liked most was working directly with clients. Training requires good time management in order to complete training obligations on time and in the learning time. Training also requires highly developed literacy and language expression skills in order to successfully complete oral and written training obligations. My biggest benefit is individual work with voluntary clients, then the use of computer technology and new tools for online work with clients and groups. Also, other training participants are my benefit because they share a similar quest for professional growth and a desire for personal change and progress. The benefit is definitely the professor and trainer Koraljka Motiva herself, who selflessly shares her life and professional experience with us students for inspiration, reflection, and motivation.
