I am a pedagogue by education, I work as a computer science and physical education teacher, and I am also a class teacher with over twenty years of experience. I completed, among others, postgraduate studies in the field of education organization and management, which gave me a comprehensive insight into the structure and functioning of the school. In my work as a teacher, the relationship with the student is very important to me.

I am a coach working in the field of broadly understood education: coaching of teaching staff and managers of educational institutions (individual coaching for teachers, directors, coaching of teams and pedagogical councils), coaching for teenagers and young adults, especially at the last stage of school education, when making decisions about further career path.

I work with people who feel stuck in important areas of their lives, want change and arrange everything the way they expected it. They are in a situation that is not good for them, from which they are trying to find a way out but they do not know how to get out or they do not know what to choose. I help them go through this process and make the best choice for them, follow the path that is best for them.

In my life, in my work, I am supported by my strengths (according to the Clifton Strengths test), i.e. flexibility, empathy, discovery, developing others, maximalist. My experience as an amateur athlete (I am a marathon runner) allows me to look at the walls that the client reaches from a different perspective. I can feel and understand a young person facing a choice in life, as well as a mature person who is stuck and has hit a wall at some stage of his life.

Z wykształcenia jestem pedagogiem, pracuję jako nauczyciel informatyki i wychowania fizycznego, jestem też wychowawcą klasowym z ponad dwudziestoletnim doświadczeniem. Ukończyłem między innymi studia podyplomowe w zakresie organizacji i zarządzania oświatą, co dało mi całościowy wgląd w struktury i funkcjonowanie szkoły. W pracy nauczyciela bardzo ważna jest dla mnie relacja z uczniem.

Jestem coachem pracującym w zakresie szeroko pojmowanej edukacji: coaching kadry nauczycielskiej i zarządzającej placówkami oświatowymi (coaching indywidualny dla nauczycieli, dyrektorów, coaching zespołów i rad pedagogicznych), coaching dla młodzieży, młodych dorosłych, szczególnie na ostatnim etapie edukacji szkolnej, w trakcie podejmowania decyzji o dalszej ścieżce zawodowej.

Pracuję z ludźmi, którzy czują że utknęli w ważnych dla siebie obszarach życia, chcą zmiany i poukładania sobie wszystkiego tak, jakby tego oczekiwali. Są w sytuacji która im nie służy, z której próbują znaleźć wyjście ale nie wiedzą jak wyjść albo nie wiedzą co wybrać. Pomagam im przejść przez ten proces i dokonać najlepszego dla nich wyboru, podążyć najlepszą dla nich ścieżką.

W swoim życiu, w mojej pracy, wspierają mnie moje mocne strony (według testu Clifton Strenghts), czyli elastyczność, empatia, odkrywczość, rozwijanie innych, maksymalista. Moje doświadczenie jako sportowca amatora (jestem maratończykiem) pozwala mi spojrzeć na ściany, do których klient dochodzi z innej perspektywy. Potrafię poczuć i zrozumieć młodego człowieka stojącego przed wyborem ścieżki życiowej jak również osobę dojrzałą, która utknęła, doszła do ściany na jakimś etapie swojego życia.
