About Marzena Kmieć
I am a certified ICI coach, business trainer and mentor with over 15 years' experience of working with people to support their professional and personal development. I specialise in delivering coaching sessions and workshops that empower clients to discover their potential, build confidence and achieve ambitious goals. I combine coaching methods with practical experience of team management and talent development in dynamic business environments.
As a business coach, I support managers in building effective teams, enhancing leadership skills and implementing organisational change. As a life coach, I help individuals overcome obstacles, set priorities and achieve life balance. My work is based on commitment, empathy and a holistic approach to client needs.
