My background for being able to coach, spar and guid you lies in my more than 20 years of professionel experience in the private business, including as a manager and my international certification  (ICI)as a coach at EmpowerMind.

Throug my work, I have coached, guided and sparred with many different employees and mangers. It motivates me to be on the sidelines when a person finds his goals and the way. 

I am deeply grateful to be allowed to be part of the process where challenges turn into solutions.
