BRAIN-HR offers scientifically-based training and business services for trainers, coaches, managers and lecturers, as well as for members of related career groups, whose professional activities consist mostly of theoretically-based and methodically reflected communication.

The key activities of BRAIN-HR lie in the evaluation, transfer and utilisation of current neuro-scientific research findings to aid in the presentation methods and content within leadership, training, change processes and consultancy services.

By placing our focus on the increasing importance of neuro-science and its significance for fundamental research into the humanities, we acknowledge that this enriches psychology, pedagogy, sociology, economics and other theoretical and practical disciplines with decisive new impulses.
